My post is especially for those who eat anything they like, but always want their body, mind and skin to be of their choice. One should always opt for healthy as well nutritious food, as healthy living and junk food cannot go together.
Here I am providing some tips, which will be helpful in the long-term healthy living-
- Drink at least 15 glasses of water in a day, as this is the necessity.
- Include at least 1 fruit a day which will provide nutrition and moisture to your body, you can also go for fruit juice , but direct eating of fruits will be comparatively better as it will provide fiber also.
- While taking food make sure that the food is rich in vegetables and pulses.
- After finishing the food take 1 glass full of buttermilk, it will help in digestion of food.
- Check your weight in every 3 days, so that you would be timely aware about any changes in your body, so that you can alter your food take accordingly.
