The summer is on its peak nowadays, so is the body odor of some people. In most of the people, there is a wrong perception that excess perspiration leads to body odor. However, it is not so, as in normal cases sweat is completely odorless. Nevertheless, the root cause is the bacteria, which feeds on sweat. The bacteria produces very unpleasant chemical, leading to body odor. This problem is seen in about 8% people, the problem becomes even worse in summer.

How to Gain Weight Naturally?

Gaining weight is really a very complicated task for one who is not able to do so. These people sometimes become very perturbed and irritated listening word ‘thin’ for them. The foremost necessary thing is to find out that are you really underweight or not? For this go for height and weight index chart and then arrive at any conclusion. Here, I am providing some very simple and realistic methods, which I also followed for weight gain.

  • First, make a list of all those eatables that you like to eat the most. Now, start buying or cooking these eatables
  • Try not to add oily and fatty food in your daily diet regimen.
  • Daily eat fruits or drink a glassful of fruit juice. It will make proteins in your body, which stimulate hungriness.
  • Take plenty of sleep, as sleeplessness also reduces diet.
  • Take one glassful of milk daily, if you do not like it, replace it with curd.
  • Make a habit of taking any sweet dish like sweets, halwa, kheer or chocolate after finishing your food. Following this drink ½ glasses full of buttermilk; it will help in proper digestion.
  • Also, stop drinking water in between food intake, as this is not a good habit.

How to Live Healthy

My post is especially for those who eat anything they like, but always want their body, mind and skin to be of their choice. One should always opt for healthy as well nutritious food, as healthy living and junk food cannot go together.


Here I am providing some tips, which will be helpful in the long-term healthy living-
  • Drink at least 15 glasses of water in a day, as this is the necessity.
  • Include at least 1 fruit a day which will provide nutrition and moisture to your body, you can also go for fruit juice , but direct eating of fruits will be comparatively better as it will provide fiber also.
  • While taking food make sure that the food is rich in vegetables and pulses.
  • After finishing the food take 1 glass full of buttermilk, it will help in digestion of food.
  • Check your weight in every 3 days, so that you would be timely aware about any changes in your body, so that you can alter your food take accordingly.
