We cannot even imagine our lives without eyes, infact even if we try to imagine it for few seconds we will become very scared. Hence, the important organ should not be taken for granted ever. 

We often heard our elders saying us not to sit close to the television or not to watch the movie closely. They were very correct, as this is one of the basic reasons behind CVS.
Regular usage of computers for 3 to more hours daily can aggravate vision related symptoms; these are also termed as CVS or Computer Vision Syndromes. If these symptoms are taken lightly or avoided, they can result in serious complications.

Follow certain tips given below in order to maintain your eye health-

•    Never forget to take visual breaks while working hours for about 5-10 minutes every hour. You can do this by looking at the distant object outside or inside your office only.

•    Before leaving for the office, keep 2 used tea bags in the fridge. Once you are back, place them gently on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Your eyes will be very relaxed by doing so.

•    A best workout for your eye- Close your eyes, roll your eyeballs clockwise as well as anticlockwise and then take a long deep breath. Now slowly open your eyes while releasing breath. Repeat this exercise 2-3 times before getting back to your work.

Bacteria that are found on toilet seat are streptococcus, staphylococcus, pseudomonas, e-coli, and Salmonella.

Most of the time all the fun from last night is washed away next morning due to hangover and we feel sorry for having so many drinks. Well it will be ideal if we learn from this experience and reduce our intake, but let’s just agree there is nothing called an ideal situation…

But there are a few things which we can keep in mind while drinking to ensure that tonight’s fun do not become tomorrow’s pain:

Greasy Food: Food with fat content helps in absorbing the alcohol and reduces the chances of hangover. Though the calorie counter beeps loud but then we are already taking enough of them by drinking.

Drink right: It is very important to choose your drink wisely and avoid those which did upset your stomach last time.

Mix it with water: The thumb rule is the more we dilute it lesser are the chances of hangover. Juice can also be an alternative to water, but the bottom line is having as much non alcoholic liquid as possible with alcohol.

Hold the drink: Lets not hurry in finishing the drink, after all this is not the last bottle left. Enjoy every sip and take enough time to finish the drink.

Refill: Ensure to eat some more after you have finished drinking just in order to digest the alcohol quickly.

Most Important: Do not drive any vehicle after being drunk, as it may lead to accidents which may be injurious to you and others as well.
