We always want ourselves look more beautiful and younger. Here are some tips to make your skin smooth and supple:
Drinking lots and lots of water (approx 8-10 glasses) is most important aspect for keeping your skin glowing and attractive as it cleanses and helps in removing the toxic substance from the body.
Balanced and nutritive diet contributes a major part in keeping your skin nourished and glowing. Increase intake of fatty acid (omega-3) is advisable for healthy and supple skin.
For nourished, firm, tight and rejuvenated skin we can put on natural substances like apricot, honey, rosewater, cucumber, apple etc and also cream, moisturizer, sunscreen and other ointment depending upon the type of skin we have i.e. sensitive, oily or dry or acne-prone skin.

Exfoliation is the easygoing procedure for removal of dirt and dead skin and exposing smooth and supple layer underneath.
Grind an apricot (ripe), collect the pulp and apply it all over your facial skin for 20 minutes and wash thoroughly. Even you can take a slice of apricot and apply on the face by gently rubbing it all over for 20 minutes, rinse off and feel the difference.
If your skin type is dry, use an oil-based cleanser regularly and wash properly with cold water and then apply a thick moisturizer to lock maximum amount of moisture.
Honey can also be used with rose water for cleansed, toned and glowing skin, when applied on dry areas (face and neck) in the ratio of 1:2 (table spoon).
For removing dry and dead skin almond oil massage is a very good choice as it nourish the skin and make your skin feel softer and smoother.
Applying natural face mask also helps in moisturizing and removing dry and dead skin and makes the skin more smooth and supple.
Apart from this exercising regularly also helps in keeping the skin nourished and glowing.
