ReplyDeleteHeart stroke is not correct. Stroke is used mainly for blockage of vessels and subsequent effect in Brain. So I would avoid stroke here.
Heart Attack is the right word.
As you correctly mentioned heart attack occurs at all ages.One of the commonest causes of heart attack in younger population is Stress. So that should be avoided but may not be possible practically.
Diabetes is another factor.
